Tickets available for Yankees virtual dinner
Tickets are now available for the 2021 New York Yankees Virtual Homecoming Dinner, with proceeds supporting the New York Yankees Foundation and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay.
Fans can secure a spot at this unique event, which is scheduled for May 6 at 8 p.m. ET, for $135. All net proceeds will be donated to charity.
During the Homecoming Dinner, former Yankees left-hander CC Sabathia will accept the 41st annual Pride of the Yankees Award, while his wife, Amber, will be presented with the Champion of the Foundation Award.
Additionally, fans will hear messages from current Yankees players and receive a year-long subscription to Yankees Magazine. There will also be a silent auction that will give fans a chance to bid on exciting experiences and Yankees merchandise.
The Homecoming Dinner is the primary fundraiser for the New York Yankees Foundation, which has dedicated resources to community partners such as the Bronx Chamber of Commerce, Citymeals on Wheels, Food Bank for New York City, Hispanic Federation, New York City Department of Education, New York City Health & Hospitals and Salvation Army of Greater New York during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that members of the community have basic needs such as food, shelter and health services.
The Homecoming Dinner will also support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay this year, as the New York Yankees Foundation has partnered with the organization following the cancellation of the annual in-person New York Yankees Luncheon that benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay.
