Rays fans seem to have a knack for relishing the moment when it finds them.
The latest example of in-the-stands exuberance came during Tuesday night's game with the Tigers at Tropicana Field. Catcher Wilson Ramos added to his impressive season with a three-run blast that cleared the wall in right field ... and landed in the outstretched glove of a young fan with Rays-colored armbands.
