Watch Bartolo Colon make a behind-the-back flip while warming up on the beach

No exaggeration, one of the best moments of last season was when Bartolo Colon fielded a dribbler down the first-base line and, rather than pocket it and give up the infield single, he deftly tossed a Jason Williams-like behind-the-back flip to first base for the out. 

But you didn't think that was the first time he ever pulled off the move, did you? Of course not -- because Bartolo is a perfectionist. It's a move that he needs to practice, waiting patiently for the moment when he'll need to use it. And thanks to his Facebook page, we can now watch him pull off the move while having a catch on the beach. 

If only we all could be like Bartolo.
