Madison Bumgarner struck out just six batters during the Giants' 3-0 victory over the Mets in the NL Wild Card Game on Wednesday night, compared to Noah Syndergaard's 10. But when you're pitching a shutout, it doesn't matter how you get the outs, as long as you get 'em.
Just watch Bumgarner effortlessly snag a comebacker off Asdrúbal Cabrera's bat, ending the eighth inning and stranding a runner on second:
