Roberto Osuna showed off his lower body strength by leg pressing a million pounds (give or take)
Despite being known for their arms, most pitchers will tell you the source of their strength comes from their legs. Blue Jays closer Roberto Osuna showed that skill off on Monday. While you were dragging yourself into the office, hoping your boss wouldn't notice the extra long lunch you took, Osuna was doing leg presses with 24 plates and a guy who looks like Lou Ferrigno.
So, the next time you think, "Man, how awesome would it be if I were a professional athlete," just remember this: While you were eating chicken fingers, Osuna was trying to improve upon last year's 2.68 ERA by lifting roughly the weight of a small country.
