Let Cubs rookie Rob Zastryzny teach you how to execute the perfect dugout celebration

Rookie reliever Rob Zastryzny is not officially on the Cubs' World Series roster, but that has not prevented him from being an integral member of the team this October. See, Zastryzny has taken it upon himself to play the very essential role of Dugout C.E.O. (Chief Enthusiasm Officer).
What does a Dugout C.E.O. do, you ask? Well, he celebrates enthusiastically.
And how does one do that? We're glad you asked.
Before Game 4 on Saturday night (which the Indians won, 7-2), Jake Mintz and Jordan Shusterman from Cespedes Family BBQ caught up with Zastryzny to get lessons on how to be the best dugout hype men they can be.

As you can see, Zastryzny is a consummate pro at going bananas -- and if it helps him in his goal to get on TV as much as possible for a non-roster player, all the better.
Watch the video above for Zastryzny's lesson and feel free to practice what you learned at home during Game 5 tonight at 8 p.m. ET on FOX.
