Adele donned a custom Blue Jays jersey during her performance in Toronto on Thursday

Thursday was a pretty great day for Toronto. In the late afternoon, the Blue Jays clobbered the Rangers, 10-1, in Game 1 of the ALDS and then, later that evening, Adele gave a concert at Toronto's Air Canada Centre.
If that wasn't enough, a sudden, unexpected merger of those two seemingly unrelated events topped off the night. At the end of Adele's performance, she wore a Blue Jays jersey to say hello to the crowd one final time:

The Blue Jays were quick to welcome her into Blue Jays fandom with open arms.

Adele has one more performance in Toronto tonight. Perhaps another Blue Jays victory will convince her to don Blue Jays garb again.
