The Dodgers clinched their sixth straight division title with a 5-2 win over the Rockies in Monday's tiebreaker. It was a long season of ups and downs; injuries and comeback stories; Belli and Maximum Muncy dingers:
So, after the victory, the Dodgers celebrated deep into the night. And among the players and drinks and yelling, an older man -- a 69-year veteran of the organization -- popped his head in to take in some of the NL West glory: Special advisor to the chairman Tommy Lasorda.
