Todd Frazier slamming his bat on a home run offers a lesson in perspective

We humans are often our own toughest critics. That song you just wrote that's going to top the charts in a month? Unlistenable trash. That picture you just hung on the wall? It still looks a little crooked. In general, most people think the things you do are pretty good. It's only you seeing the flaws.

During Saturday's game against the Cubs, Mets third baseman Todd Frazier hit a home run, which is obviously a good thing for a baseball player to do. However, he saw it as a routine fly ball and threw his bat in disappointment while it sailed over the fence.
