The Blue Jays pulled off a fake double play to confuse Blake Swihart on a routine fly ball

When there's a runner on first and fewer than two outs, you know the defense will be looking to turn a double play on a grounder in the infield. But, if the batter hits a routine fly ball to the outfield, that plan is usually called off. 
But it doesn't have to be that way. As the Blue Jays showed in the seventh inning of Saturday's game against the Red Sox, it's very possible to still get that double play on a flyout to the left fielder. All it takes is a little bit of acting:
