Francisco Lindor learned karate, and Terry Francona hopes he doesn't get beat up

Some baseball players had had offseason workouts that look like your typical "break a sweat" routines, but Francisco Lindor's has his manager and others cowering in fear.
On MLB Network's "Hot Stove" Wednesday morning, Terry Francona was asked about a video of Lindor doing karate in Japan:
Tito didn't seem that worried for Lindor's safety saying there are worse things the infielder could be participating in. He just hopes Lindor will be as strong "and limber" as he's ever been come Spring Training.
