Watch a University of Wisconsin softball pitcher strike out Vinny Castilla with a nasty changeup

Vinny Castilla had a very solid 16-year MLB career. He hit 320 dingers, including 40 or more three years in a row from 1996-98. He was part of the dreaded Rockies Blake Street Bombers along with Larry Walker, Andres Galarraga and Dante Bichette. Just look at this easy power to left-center field:

Well, on Thursday, the current special assistant to the Rockies GM decided to step into the cage against University of Wisconsin coach Kirsten Verdun at Rockies camp. The Badgers were in town to work out with the Rockies and watch some BP. Castilla figured he'd take some cuts against Verdun -- a former All-American at DePaul -- and she made quick work of the former two-time All-Star. He fouled off two risers and was then totally caught off-guard by this nasty changeup.

Better luck next time, Vin.
