So, who did the postseason belong to this year?

Each October, the MLB postseason belongs to someone or something. With so much good baseball packed into one month, it's sometimes tough to follow all the madness. So, we created the Baseball October Arbitrary Ranking Device (The B.O.A.R.D.) to keep track of it all.
Sometimes, the best team does actually come out on top. The Red Sox punctuated their Major League-best 108-win regular season with a dominant run through October en route to a fourth World Series title in the last 15 seasons.
So many different players on the Boston roster took a turn being the hero over the course of the 2018 season.
But one player certainly stood out as having the most legacy-defining October: David Price. His postseason credentials had been questioned to the nth degree for years, and it took him 11 starts to earn his first postseason victory. Then, on the biggest stage, he stepped up in three different games and helped Boston clinch a World Series title.
