Ronald Torreyes loves fielding so much, he plays defense in the dugout, too

For some, defense is just the job they have to do until they're allowed back into the dugout to eat gum and prepare to crank dingers. Ted Williams famously practiced his swing even while playing in left field. But for Yankees infielder Ronald Torreyes, he lives to play defense.

But he's always on the ready in the dugout, too. During the Yankees' 7-5 loss to the Red Sox on Thursday night, Starlin Castro hit a sharp grounder that was destined for the Yankees' dugout. Fortunately, the gloveman extraordinaire and defender of seated baseballers was there. Naturally, he had to show off a little:
Of course, he wasn't the only one to play some dugout defense. Manager and former professional catcher Joe Girardi showed off his hat-catching abilities, too.
