You know that moment in every Road Runner cartoon, when Wile E. Coyote seems to be closing in on him and all hope seems lost -- until our intrepid hero gives a "beep beep!", hits the overdrive button, and disappears in a cloud of dust?
That was basically the Reds' second inning on Tuesday night against the Rockies. Cincinnati stole not one, not two, not three, not four, but five bases in the frame: Jay Bruce stole second, then Bruce and Tyler Holt pulled a double steal, then Billy Hamilton scored them both with a single, then Hamilton stole third, then Eugenio Suarez drove Hamilton in, and then Suarez capped the whole thing off by stealing second again. Here it all is, in the beautiful simplicity of a single GIF:

The five steals matches the season high, and the Reds turned out to need every one of them -- Cincinnati scored all four of their runs in the inning, and went on to win, 4-3.
