The Mouse King's ceremonial first pitch terrified the Phanatic and will probably scare you too

Ceremonial first pitches are usually opportunities for fun. Just this season, we've seen memorable first pitches from Mini-Thor, Snoop Dogg, Star Wars characters (including Chewbacca Mom), and a 92-year-old World War II veteran, just to name a few. 
Before the Phillies' 4-1 win over the Marlins on Wednesday at Citizens Bank Park, though, something more visually jarring took the mound and frightened -- or is that "phrightened" -- the Phanatic. It was the "Mouse King" from The Nutcracker, there as part of the Phils' "Christmas in July" theme day, and it was scary:

Despite its intense visual aesthetic, the Mouse King's pitch was actually pretty decent. Attitude and demeanor can go a long way on the pitching mound, so maybe this creature ought to give an actual career a try ...
