The Orioles will host legendary composer John Williams and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra
The Orioles will have a special guest throwing out the ceremonial first pitch on June 11: Legendary composer John Williams. The O's will also honor Williams' sensational career with a pregame performance by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's "brass and percussion sections," according to a press release.

The mastermind behind such film scores as "Jaws," "Jaws 2," "Star Wars," the first three "Harry Potter" movies, and "Jurassic Park," is also a lifelong baseball fan -- and the O's plan on incorporating his music throughout the game in his honor.
Williams' resume stretches more than 50 years and includes 51 Oscar nominations (five wins), and 24 Grammy Awards, while three of his songs have landed on the Billboard charts.
Quite impressive.
Members of the BSO, being led by Marin Alsop, will accompany the Stevensville Middle School choir for the national anthem to round out the pregame festivities.
Sounds like a night that shouldn't be missed.
