If you ask us, every single day should be National Hamburger Day. But there's also a designated holiday for people to enjoy that savory patty goodness: Sunday, May 28. MLB fans celebrated it splendidly with a full slate of games around the country.
Check out some of the fun below.
Stuff it.
Um, OK.
The Shack Burger (Mets):
The long line is worth it -- believe us.
Get the single or double cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato and the famous Shack Sauce.
Wayback Triple Triple Cheeseburger (Phillies):
Nine, yes, nine patties -- along with nine slices of American cheese, lettuce and tomato. Additional toppings include honey mustard, grilled onions or buffalo bleu.
The Cuban Burger (Rays):
Swapping the pork found in the Cuban Sandwich for two beef patties, everything else in the burger is pretty much the same. There are pickles, Swiss cheese, ham and dijonnaise.
The bread also comes from La Segunad Bakery in Tampa -- home to some of the best Cuban loaves in the city.
Shack Burger (Nationals)
The Nationals also sell Shack Burgers at Nationals Park, and it's exactly as delicious as it looks. Just look at how much fun this guy is having eating his, and remember: This could be you.
MLB is proud to continue its partnership with OxiClean during the 2017 season. We hope you avoided messy stains this National Hamburger Day with the help of OxiClean!
