Miguel Cabrera took the mound for some Spring Training work
We're in the golden age of position players pitching, with an endless stream of fielders stepping up to toe the rubber. Shohei Ohtani became the most successful two-way player since Babe Ruth, and this offseason saw a number of players like Matt Davidson signed with an eye towards two-way use.
Normally, though, these are young players or utility men -- not future Hall of Famers. So, imagine our surprise when we saw Miguel Cabrera taking the mound:
While this is most likely just some Spring Training tomfoolery, it now has us dreaming of the day that Miguel Cabrera: Pitcher can be printed on a baseball card.
