Mets pitchers are practicing Bartolo Colon's behind-the-back flip play down at Spring Training

The best part of Bartolo Colon's game is, clearly, his offense. With his power to the gaps and his speed on the bases, the man is an offensive machine. But the second best part of Colon's game is even more of a spectacle -- it's this b-e-a-utiful behind-the-back move he executed last season:

Colon's play is so impressive, in fact, that the Mets pitchers recently ran a drill to practice the majestic maneuver at the Mets' Spring Training facility in Port St. Lucie, Fla.:

After Colon pulled that play out of his pocket last season, he told reporters that he had been practicing it during pregame warmups before his starts. So, Mets pitching coach Dan Warthen had Jacob deGrom and the other hurlers try their hand at the move, ya know, just in case.
We're guessing it didn't take a toll on the morale, either.
