Jose Fernandez's pitching performance was so good that Barry Bonds kissed him

José Fernández pitched very well in the Marlins' 1-0 win over the Nationals on Tuesday night. He struck out 12 and gave up just three hits and zero runs over eight innings. He's now 7-0 with a 1.00 ERA against the Nats in 10 career starts. When you're that good against an NL East rival, you know what you get? Do ya? You get a bunch of kisses from Barry Bonds:
Perhaps the Marlins hitting coach and Fernandez were just continuing their bromance from earlier in the season, or perhaps, Bonds was relieved to finally find a pitcher that might be able to strike him out.
