Johnny Cueto is back to riding horses and all is right with the world

No one in baseball loves animals more than Johnny Cueto. Besides owning and running a 500-acre ranch in the Dominican Republic, the exuberant hurler has chilled out with a beluga whale and grabbed drinks with a donkey. But while Cueto loves all members of the animal kingdom, the jolly Giant has a particularly deep and well-documented love for horses.
It is incredibly heartwarming to see Cueto, only a few months removed from Tommy John surgery, healthy enough to be doing what he was put on this earth to do: Look majestic atop a steed.

From the beautiful sunset in the background, to the tap-dancing click-clack sound of the horse's hooves, to the incredible shot of Cueto's flip-flop-clad feet firmly nestled into the stirrups, this minute-long clip is nothing short of a cinematic masterpiece.
It's already been a pretty eventful offseason for Cueto, who has spent time hiking mountains in Arizona, tricking out a van with a mind-boggling awesome speaker system and teaching his young son all the magical Cueto family secrets of horseback riding.

If Cueto posts any videos of himself and his son racing one another on horseback across the hills of the Dominican countryside, we'll make sure to keep you updated.
