John Hicks ended the 12-inning game between the Rays and Tigers by laying down a bunt

Who doesn't love a walk-off story to end a game that went into extra innings? Imagine that, but ending it in bunt fashion.
You read that correctly. In the bottom of the 12th during the Tigers' eventual 3-2 win over the Rays on Wednesday, JaCoby Jones tripled to center field off a Matt Andriese delivery. With Jones on third, John Hicks stepped up to the plate. On the first pitch, he laid down a bunt toward first base:
Brad Miller struggled to make the play and it resulted in Jones crossing the plate. As you can tell in the clip above, he was very excited.
That was different -- fun, but different.
