Jeff Garlin announced that Joe Maddon will appear in the new season of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'

Yes, Larry David recently announced that there would be a ninth season of the HBO series, which is exciting news on its own. Then, while visiting the Cubs' broadcast team during Monday's game against the Reds, Jeff Garlin mentioned that Joe Maddon will make an appearance on the show.
Garlin suggested that Maddon would play himself, but Maddon told CSN Chicago a few weeks ago that if the show offered him a part, he'd want to show off his acting chops:
"I want to play Larry David," Maddon said. "Or I'm going to be Bernie Sanders, one of the two."
