Outfielder Jesse Winker made a strong first impression on the Reds during his rookie season in 2017. He smashed seven homers in just 47 games, exciting fans with the possibility of his potential.
Winker is now making his case for the Opening Day roster, and on Tuesday, he made a powerful statement against the Indians by obliterating a pitch from Carlos Torres:
The ball sailed so far that the camera didn't even catch it landing beyond the right-field pavilion at Goodyear Ballpark.
That's a win for Winker and worth a celebration, even if he has to do it on his own again.
