He's just 24 years old, but already Cubs infielder Javier Báez has established himself as one of the most aesthetically beautiful players in baseball. Whether he's avoiding a tag, applying a tag or just finishing a trip around the bases -- in the words of Agent J, he makes this look good.
So it's no surprise that, as Baez came home to score the winning run in the bottom of the tenth of Chicago's 6-5 win over the Blue Jays on Sunday, he didn't just slide safely into home. He produced one of the most casually smooth slides in recent memory:
