Carlos Carrasco celebrated passing his U.S. citizenship test with a red, white and blue suit
Indians right-hander Carlos Carrasco was born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. The 29-year-old has been a part of the Indians' big league staff since 2009, really coming into his own along the way for the first-place club.
Up until last week, though, he had not yet become a U.S. citizen. That changed when he passed his test, which he announced on Twitter:
