Help us determine if this mysterious pitcher silhouette is a righty or lefty

Remember "The Dress," the photo of a striped dress that looked like it was black and blue to some, but white and gold to others? That provided a case study of the fact that optical illusions are catnip for the internet.
In what may well be baseball's first foray into the internet optical illusion craze, MLB.com's Jordan Bastian provided Twitter with an image he encountered in Crocker Park outside of Cleveland:

If we're looking at the back of the pitcher in this image, he's right-handed, but if it's the front instead, he's left-handed.
