Few players made more of a name for themselves this postseason than Alex Bregman. The third baseman was a key contributor to the Astros' remarkable World Series run, making just as much of an impact as a defender at the hot corner as he did as a hitter near the top of a potent Houston lineup.
In a postseason where he hit home runs off Chris Sale, Clayton Kershaw and Kenley Jansen, Bregman's signature October moment was his walk-off single to end Game 5 of the World Series, one of the wildest postseason games in recent memory:
Like many of his teammates, Bregman spent the last several days celebrating the Astros' first World Series title. The Commissioner's Trophy made appearances at both Houston Texas and Houston Rockets games this past weekend, while Bregman and his teammates George Springer and Jose Altuve were surprise guests on Saturday Night Live.
After an early morning appearance on Good Morning America, Bregman stopped by the MLB.com offices to chat with us about his wild life since the last out of Game 7, his most vivid memories from the World Series and more. Check out the video above to hear more from the Astros third baseman.
