Yuli Gurriel and his younger brother, Lourdes, both had good days at the plate on Tuesday
Astros infielder Yuli Gurriel and his younger brother, Lourdes Gurriel Jr. -- a second baseman in the Blue Jays system -- have a lot in common. Let's count the ways:
- They're brothers
- They both play pro baseball
- They both have amazing hair
And they both hit well on Tuesday night. Though the Astros lost, 6-4, to the Yankees in Game 4 of the American League Championship Series presented by Camping World, Yuli gave a strong showing. The first baseman went 1-for-4 with a three-run double in the sixth inning that opened the scoring.

Gurriel also showed off his glove and arm as he raced in on Aaron Hicks' slow grounder and threw the ball to home for the out as the Yankees were looking to run away with the game:

Meanwhile, across the country, Lourdes was having a pretty stellar day, too. Playing shortstop for the Peoria Javelinas in the prospect-rich Arizona Fall League, the younger Gurriel went 1-for-4 with his second home run of the fall season:
Unfortunately for Lourdes, the Javelinas also lost, dropping the game, 10-3, to the Surprise Saguaros. Guess that's something else the two have in common.
