Don't look now, Cody Allen, but Max Kepler's watching you
Sometimes, when you're a pitcher standing out on the mound all by yourself, it can feel so lonely. Like you're the only person on the field. The only person on earth.
That definitely wasn't the case for Cody Allen in the ninth inning of the Indians' 3-1 win over the Twins on Monday.
Max Kepler (the batter, not the giant face) ended up hitting a double off Allen in the ninth, but Cleveland's closer was able to get out of the frame without giving up any runs. Still, he had to feel like somebody was watching him.
