For the first time since Kirk Gibson's homer and Vin Scully's call, since Orel Hershiser's clutch pitching performances, since 1988 -- the Dodgers are going back to the World Series. They handily beat the Cubs, 11-1, to win the NLCS presented by Camping World on Thursday. What do you do when it's been 29 years since your franchise has been to a Fall Classic? You celebrate. A lot. Let's join them.
The final out was a doozy by Charlie Culberson -- giving him even more reason to jump for joy.

The coaches giggled and hugged in the dugout.

Kiké Hernández, who crushed THREE dingers (including a grand slam), was pretty thrilled.

Justin Turner (and his beard) smiled wide.

Winning pitcher Clayton Kershaw was in a state of pure euphoria.

And then they all met on the mound for a huge mosh pit.

Hall of Famer Tommy Lasorda, the manager in 1988 and a lifelong Dodger, saluted his team into the clubhouse.

Vin Scully gave props from his living room.

The NLCS trophy was presented to the NL champs.

Dave Roberts soaked in some of the champagne.

And, well, it was literally raining sweet victory juice all over Turner.

Yup, the Dodgers definitely won the pennant.

Tune in to World Series Game 1: Tuesday, Oct. 24, time TBD on FOX.
