Edwin Encarnacion crushed a camera with a foul ball and the lens captured its own explosive demise

There are a lot of cameras on the baseball diamond during a game. How else do we, the faithful spectators, get so many great angles of all the action on the field? 
Sometimes, the action doesn't have to take place between the foul lines. Sometimes, foul balls present their own action ... and, in the case of Edwin Encarnación's foul ball in the bottom of the fifth inning of the Indians' 6-3 loss to the A's on Saturday at Progressive Field, crash right into a camera lens by the dugout:

That baseball must have had destruction on its mind, because it was a smashing success. 

Welp, indeed.
