Let's watch David Ross attempt to use a rotary phone to call in his All-Star ballot

David Ross is 39 years old, which means he was born all the way back in -- GASP -- the '70s. Since he was just a baby in the declining years of that decade, he probably doesn't have the, uh, fragrant souvenirs that his manager does. But he does have one thing -- knowledge of how to use what appears to be some kind of ancient communication device. And now he's using it to try to call in his All-Star ballot vote:
