Curtis Granderson's foul pop disappeared into Minute Maid Park's rafters and never came down

The roof giveth, and the roof taketh away. Those are two disparate lessons that ballpark ground rules have taught us over the past couple of days, but they're good lessons to learn. 
A day after Clint Frazier's would-be go-ahead homer bounced off a Tropicana Field catwalk and was caught by Adeiny Hechavarría for an out, something similarly zany happened in the Blue Jays' 6-3 win over the Astros on Monday night. But while the Tampa Bay experience took away a Yankees homer, this one extended Curtis Granderson's first-inning at-bat against Justin Verlander. 
Lofting a foul popup toward Minute Maid Park's retracted roof, everybody -- especially Astros catcher Max Stassi -- waited for it to return from the heavens. But it didn't. 

Confusion! Chaos! Three pitches later, Granderson flied out. But we'll always have that moment.
