The Indians spent their Friday afternoon taking adorable pictures with their dogs
There are two kinds of calendars in this world: Those that feature cute pictures of pets and those that are simply kindling.
Fortunately, the Indians are making an addition to the good kind. On Thursday, the team, along with their most adorable pups, had a photoshoot for next year's calendar. Even better, the proceeds will go to the Cleveland Animal Protection League and the Friendship APL of Lorain County.
Which meant when Michael Brantley hung out with the aptly named Diesel, they were raising money for charity.
And when Cody Anderson and Tommy Hunter hung out with their pets, it wasn't just to spend a little R and R, but it was a way to give back.
Specifically, they were giving back to little guys like this who -- oh my God, I just want to put them in funny hats and start an Instagram account for both of them right now.
The calendar will be available for purchase in the Progressive Field team store starting in August.
