On Wednesday night, bugs attempted to take over the baseball world

If you sat down at your MLB-watching devices hoping to watch some baseball on Wednesday night, you were probably horrified by what you saw. Instead of Mike Trout making highlight-reel catches or Josh Harrison singing along the basepaths, there were just BUGS.
BUGS EVERYWHERE!
OH MY GOD.
The grasshopper and spider were teaming up at Wrigley Field during the Brewers-Cubs game to try to bring down the 102-year-old stadium, while the mantis (we think it's the same #RallyMantis) was crawling around the Tigers dugout during the Royals' 4-1 win in Detroit. Probably spying. Definitely praying.
Anyway, this is it, guys. We had a great run. But just as this classic film predicted years ago, the bugs are now in charge.
