Wilmer Flores and a Brewers batboy got all tangled up, and some wackiness ensued

Between wearing a big league uniform and getting up close and personal with the game's biggest stars, it's pretty cool to be a Major League batboy. But as the saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility -- and, as Thursday afternoon's Brewers-Mets game demonstrated, the job of batboy can be a tricky one. 
The Brewers loaded the bases with one out in the top of the fourth inning, and Eric Sogard popped one in foul territory down the third-base line. Wilmer Flores drifted under it, but got tangled up with the batboy and the ball dropped in.
Although Flores was prevented from making the catch, no interference was called -- per MLB rules, interference can only be called on a ballboy or batboy if the umpires deemed it to have been intentional. (For the record, batboys don't typically travel with Major League clubs -- they're provided by the home team for each game.)
Manager Terry Collins was ejected after arguing the call, but luckily for the Mets, Sogard would later ground into an inning-ending double play. If history is any guide, we're confident that the batboys will be ready next time:
