Brad Mills brought a cardboard Terry Francona cut-out to the All-Star Game

The Cleveland Indians enjoyed a thrilling run to the 2016 World Series, in great part thanks to their manager, Terry Francona. The custom is for each league's pennant-winning skipper to manage the next year's All-Star Game, but due to recent surgery, Francona was unable to make the trip to Miami for the AL's 2-1 victory.
So, Indians bench coach Brad Mills had to fill in for Francona, but in the AL clubhouse before the game, he made sure that his friend's presence was felt.
Did he read a note from Francona? No.
Did he bring an encouraging video message? No.
Instead:

Honestly, Francona would support it.
