Meeting Nolan Ryan is nerve-wracking for big leaguers too

Nolan Ryan was pretty darn good at baseball. The large Texan pitched in the Majors for a mind-blowing 27 years -- amassing over 300 wins and and a record 5,714 strikeouts.

All those achievements turned Ryan into one of baseball's most recognizable and revered figures. That's why it's totally understandable that meeting even the most cool-headed MLB All-Star would be nervous meeting him.
Two of this year's All-Stars -- Mitch Moreland of the Red Sox and Gerrit Cole of the Astros -- both revealed their own stories of being extremely starstruck upon getting to meet Nolan Ryan.
