When you think of great catches by Angels outfielders, you probably think of human highlight reelMike Trout or that J.B. Shuck catch from a few years ago or, of course, Matthew McConaughey:
But current Angels right fielder Kole Calhoun, a 2015 Gold Glove Award winner, wanted to remind you during his team's 3-2 loss to the Mariners that he can also do great things in the outfield. Like, um, fall over a wall to rob an opposing player's home run:
MLB.com's Earl Bloom spoke to Calhoun postgame about the moment.
"I haven't robbed that many (home runs). It kept us in the game. I tracked it well, and gave myself a enough room. You hope you're not going into run into somebody (the fans), but you don't think about it, you just try to make a play on the ball."
Kole Calhoun does not run out of room, room runs out of Kole Calhoun (or something like that).
