First, it was announced that Mookie Betts would grace the cover of R.B.I. Baseball 16, and we really couldn't wait. Then, it was announced that Marcus Stroman would appear on the Canadian cover, and we really, really couldn't wait. But then, like all of your wildest childhood dreams, another gift arrived: For the first time ever, physical copies of the game are available in stores on April 5.
So we waited, and waited, and distracted ourselves with Spring Training shenanigans, and then waited some more. And now, finally, the day has come -- you (yes, you) can go pick up your very own copy, right this very minute. Until then, though, you can live vicariously through Alcides Escobar, who was so excited to play that he decided to take on a whole group of Little Leaguers. He showed no mercy:
