Sonny Gray, Ryon Healy and Kendall Graveman of the A's went to the Oakland Zoo to feed giraffes

This week, the A's have begun filming their TV commercials for the upcoming 2017 season -- and they've been documenting it all on their Twitter page.
Also documented: a special visit to the neighboring Oakland Zoo on Thursday, one that saw the production team film around the elephant exhibit (for, hopefully, a Stomper origin story ad). But they did more than that, you see. 

A trio of A's -- pitchers Sonny Gray and Kendall Graveman and third baseman/DH Ryon Healy -- got up close and personal with some giraffes for a hand-feeding session that the team captured for Facebook Live.
