Summer Camps

2024 Twins Summer Camps Outlook

Welcome to the home of the Minnesota Twins Summer Baseball/Softball Camps. 2024 marks our 8th summerā€¦a summer that promises to bring plenty of excitement. We have a new logo, new uniforms and plenty of new surprises for camp veterans and rookies. The one thing that wonā€™t change is our commitment to making your camp week with us something that you will never forget.

ā€œThis was not an easy decision for us. Money was tight and we just werenā€™t sure if Blake would like a full week camp. But we made the leap and it turned out to be everything we had hoped for. We honestly thought Blake was through with baseball and now itā€™s all he talks about. We are a Twins Family for life thanks to you guys. See you next summer.ā€

- Susan and Frank S. (St. Paul)

Twins Summer Camps presented by Select Heartland Chevy Dealers are returning to communities throughout Twins Territory. Short of being Byron Buxton or Carlos Correa, these camps are as close to the real Twins experience as you can get!

Through the Twins Camps we can share a ā€œblueprintā€ for baseball and softball success based upon the latest technology and decades of experience. Combine a progressive curriculum with a world-class Twins Baseball Experience and you understand why all our camps will sell out.

Read on to see why the summer of 2024 could be the best summer ever for your young player.

Camp Philosophy

Safety, Safety, Safety

How can we have a camp with six-year-olds and 14 year-olds? Look at it this way. A K-8 school does not have second graders and eighth graders in P.E. or math class together. They may pass in the hallways, take the same bus, and be in the same yearbook but they are not in class together. Just like school, at camp, they will be in the same place, but not in "class" together either.

We also recognize that not all players of the same age have equal ability. For safety reasons, and because it facilitates the best learning environment, players will be grouped by age and ability. These teams will then stay together throughout the week with the same coach. There will be cross-pollination of instructors but we have found that the bonds created between teammates and their primary coach is one of the truly special dynamics at camp.

And yes, at our instructors' discretion, tennis balls, whiffle balls and safety balls will be used liberally at camp. Of course, we will use regulation baseballs and softballs but fear-free confidence is a critical foundation for fun and learning success.

Not too badā€¦and this is NOT a babysitting service!

In the event of inclement weather, outdoor camp activities will be moved indoors. Our curriculum has provisions for excellent indoor activities and instruction. In our first six seasons we have not canceled a single camp day.

Amazing Twins Experience

V.I.P Day Trip to Target Field for a behind-the-scenes experience

On one of the five camp days campers will be bussed to Target Field for a day we are sure they will never forget. Imagine playing on the same field as your favorite Twins players. Wow! Buses will depart Target Field at approximately 2 P.M. to return campers to their camp location. The Twins reserve the right to change or discontinue the trip to Target Field due to guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health or Major League Baseball regarding COVID safety.

Every camper will be given a full, MLB quality Twins uniform (jersey, pants, hat and belt)

If you are going to train like a major leaguer, might as well dress like one.

Four Twins tickets to one of several Twins Camps Reunion games

As part of your registration, you will receive four tickets to one 2024 Twins home game. You will be able to select a date from a list of approved dates. Location of game tickets to be determined, subject to availability. ADA accessible game tickets available upon request. The ticket program is subject to change based on COVID protocols, seating availability, or any guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health, Major League Baseball, or the Minnesota Twins.
