2025

Appeared in 23 games over four separate stints for the club...Started 13 games at DH and was used as a pinch-hitter six times...Also appeared once at first and once in left field...Five of his eight hits went for extra bases (four homers and a double)...Lined a pinch-hit home run on Sept. 6 at Cincinnati, the first of his career...Was the only pinch-hit homer by a Met in 2025...Made the first pitching appearance of his career, recording the final out of the game on June 15 vs. Tampa Bay (0.1 IP, H, BB, 0 R).

2024

Started the season with the Memphis Redbirds (AAA) in the Cardinals organization and played 74 games...Signed with the Doosan Bears in the KBO and played in 38 game, batting .326 (47-144) with 10 home runs and 39 RBI.

2023

Played for Team Canada in the World Baseball Classic. Started four games at first base, left field and designated hitter. Batted .143 with a home run (vs. USA) and three walks (vs. Great Britain)...Started the season in Iowa (AAA) and played in 90 games. Posted career-high numbers with 21 home runs, a .310 batting average and 50 walks...Matched his single-season high with seven stolen bases...Was one of four Iowa Cubs with 20 HR and 70 RBI on the squad...Was selected to Chicago on June 27 and hit safely in each of his first three games (6/28-30) with an RBI in each including his first Major League home run, coming off Aaron Nola vs. PHI (6/28) in his 2023 debut...Tripled in consecutive games, one vs. PHI (6/29) and again vs. CLE (6/30). Jared made his Major League debut with the Cubs in 2022, going 5-for-19 (.263) with two doubles in six games with the Cubs... Spent the majority of the season with Triple-A Iowa, playing in a team-high 109 games... Ranked third on the I-Cubs in home runs (17) and RBI (59)...Saw time at first base (42 games), third base (41 games), left field (20 games), second base (six games), right field (four games) and designated hitter (four games)...Hit 14 of his 17 home runs vs. right-handed pitching...Went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI on April 19 at Louisville... Batted .298 (28-for-94) with seven doubles, one triple, four home runs and 12 RBI in 25 games in May... Had his contract selected on Sept. 14 and made his Major League debut Sept. 16 vs. Colorado, going 1-for-4 with a double... Was optioned back to Iowa on Sept. 27... Hit a walk-off, two-run home run during the I-Cubs final game of the season, Sept. 28 vs. Toledo.
