Eligibility:

Void in Alaska and Hawaii, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. The Continental Airlines "Work Hard. Fly Right." Player of the Year Award and Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All entrants must have Internet access as of July 1, 2007 in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees, directors and officers (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Continental Airlines, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Express Jet, Inc. ("Continental Express"), the MLB Entities (defined below), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor, MLB.com and their promotional partners; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails.

To Enter:

To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must go to www.yankees.com and click on any banner, button and/or link for the Sweepstakes to access the online entry form for the Continental Airlines "Work Hard. Fly Right." Player of the Year Award and Sweepstakes. By submitting your complete name, date of birth, ZIP code, e-mail address, to MLBAM via the entry form, entrants will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Entrants who participate in the Continental Airlines "Work Hard. Fly Right." Poll located on the homepage of the Official Website of the New York Yankees (www.yankees.com) will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person. All entries must be received during the entry period, which begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on July 20, 2007 and ends at 12:00 a.m. EDT on October 1, 2007 (the "Entry Period"). There is no fee to enter. No method of entry other than that described in this paragraph will be accepted. Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner (the "Winner") will receive a trip to one (1) 2008 Yankees away game that consists of: two (2) round-trip economy class tickets on Continental Airlines, two (2) game tickets, and hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy) for one night. The selection of the game for which tickets are awarded shall be at the discretion of the New York Yankees and/or Sponsor, as applicable. MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the New York Yankees and may be subject to change. The MLB Entities will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event outside their control that may cause the cancellation of MLB games. Winner agrees to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize. The applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or exhibition. The terms and conditions of the game tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The flight selection will be at the discretion of Sponsor. All other transportation costs and any other expenses not specified herein, related to the Grand Prize, including but not limited to meals, taxes and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,500.00. Value of Grand Prize will be dependent upon departure/destination city.

Prize Drawing:

The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about November 1, 2007 from the pool of all eligible entries. Decisions of the judges are final. Limit one prize per family/household. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

The potential Winner will be notified either by e-mail or regular mail. In the event that the potential Winner does not respond to any such notification within three (3) days, a disqualification will result and an alternate Winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The Winner shall be required to sign Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) prior to participation in and as a condition of receiving the prize. The Winner's guest shall also be required to sign and return Sponsor's Liability/Publicity Releases prior to participation in prize. The affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form must be signed and returned within ten (10) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Winner will be randomly selected from among remaining eligible entries. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. Travel is subject to availability and certain taxes, charges, blackout dates and other restrictions as listed on each Continental Airlines airline ticket apply. Trip must be completed on dates specified by the Sponsor. All air travel is via Continental Airlines and/or Continental Express. Sponsor and its affiliates reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies and the MLB Entities to use Winner's name and/or likeness in any medium for purposes of advertising and trade without further consideration or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, Winner agrees to hold Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or from the receipt or use or redemption of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the judges. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the MLB Entities, their affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives for any personal injury, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize; stolen, late or misdirected entries, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. The Sponsor, the MLB Entities and their respective affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, or any telephone network or internet service providers are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss of entry information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in Sponsor's or MLBAM's exclusive judgment, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, MLBAM or any of their agents. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor and MLBAM shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Sponsor and the MLB Entities (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws.

All entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Indemnification:

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the MLB Entities, Sponsor and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents, against any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes.

Miscellaneous:

No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes will be permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. The MLB Entities and Sponsor are not responsible for injury or damage to any participant's or person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from use of the New York Yankees' website. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify Winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all entrants who had entered the Sweepstakes at the time of such cancellations.
