ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Minnesota Twins Prize Pass Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States (except Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and excluding where otherwise prohibited by law, rule or regulation), who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington DC where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, child, sibling, parent and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Minnesota Twins (the "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities (as defined below) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 5:30 PM Central Time ("CT") on MARCH 31, 2008 and ends at 11:59 AM Central Time ("CT") on Wedensday, December 19, 2007 and ends at 11:59 AM CT ("Central Time") on Thursday, AUGUST 28, 2008 ("Entry Period"). There are two (2) ways to enter: online, or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household and per e-mail address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period go to www.twinsbaseball.com/ttt and click on the link to launch the form for the Twins Territory Team member activation. By joining the 2008 Twins Territory Team membership, and submitting your complete name, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number (area code included), mobile phone number (optional) and e-mail address to MLBAM via the member registration form, you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted by entrants is subject to twinsbaseball.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/mlb/help/mlb_help_about_privacy.jsp. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from twinsbaseball.com and/or mlb.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void.

2. Mail-in Method: You may enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Twins Territory Team member by hand-printing your name, address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone number (area code included) and e-mail address (if available) on a 3"x5" postcard and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Prize Pass Sweepstakes, c/o Minnesota Twins, Metrodome, 34 Kirby Puckett Place, Minneapolis, MN 55415. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 28, 2008 and received by Sponsor by September 4, 2008 to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Mail-in entries will be entered into one of the drawings (as described) based on postmarked date. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in eighty-one (81) random drawings held during each Twins home game taking place from MARCH 31, 2008 to SEPTEMBER 28, 2008 at the Metrodome from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random drawing during the first inning of each applicable game. Potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received at least thirty-one (31) days prior to the drawing at issue by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and online entries must be received thirty-one (31) days prior to the date of the applicable drawing to be eligible for that drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Nonwinning eligible entries from the drawing will roll over into subsequent drawings.

Potential winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, and/or in-stadium and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’ discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. Limit one (1) prize per household for the entire Entry Period.

PRIZES: One-hundred sixty-two (162) Prizes Will Be Awarded in total - Two (2) Prizes Awarded From Each Drawing.

Each winner will receive a baseball autographed by a current or former Twins baseball player. The player will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (the "Prize"). (Estimated Retail Value of each prize: $30).

Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable Winner(s). Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The MLB Entities and Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any MLB games. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements; and (ii) to waive any and all claims against the Released Parties for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. Each winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Sponsor and the MLB Entities and their respective designees the right to publicize such winner's name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, postage due, illegible, or garbled entries, or mail or registrations; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server, Internet service provider, website, or other connections, availability or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities or their agents. Sponsor and MLBAM shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Sponsor and the other MLB Entities (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.

Sponsor and the other MLB Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, game postponements or cancellations, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the Prizes for drawing at issue by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such drawing up to the time of such cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, whether online or mail-in, received from any person or e-mail or address or household for any drawing during the Entry Period, only the first entry received from such person or e-mail or household will be included in the applicable drawing and all subsequent entries will be void. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
