Season Tickets

While the baseball season may be only six months long, your membership is year-round! Below is a general timeline that covers all your need-to-knows throughout the calendar year. Included are STM events, presales, account management opportunities, renewals, and more. This page is a great reference as you navigate your first year as a Season Ticket Member and become more familiarized with the benefits and opportunities you have in addition to just your ticket package. The Season Service is here to help guide you through this first year and is always available to answer any questions you may have!

Membership Updates (Dec-Jan)

The offseason can be a time for STMs to change their benefits, account information, package type, add a corresponding parking plan, and more. Contacting the Season Service Team to assist in making membership updates will ensure everything is ready to go by Opening Day!

Opening Day Presale (February)

STMs have access to an Opening Day and Single Game Ticket presale every February. During this presale, STMs will have the ability to purchase tickets to games prior to the general public on sale. Presales typically exist in each STM’s Guardians MyTickets account and communication will be sent in the days leading up to the presale.

STM Day In Goodyear, Arizona (March)

Season Ticket Members planning to go to Goodyear, AZ and catch the Guardians at Spring Training will have the opportunity to participate in a Season Ticket Member Day. This day includes an exclusive tour of the Goodyear facilities, on-field batting practice, player meet and greet, and of course, a ballgame!

Ticket Management (March)

Ticket Management encompasses any actions available to you as an STM regarding your tickets. These actions include viewing, forwarding, and exchanging. The MLB Ballpark App will be the best place to view your tickets and scan into games. Your online Guardians MyTickets account allows you to forward and exchange your tickets. Forwarding lets you send tickets to family & friends, clients, employees, or anyone else you would like. Exchanging tickets from one game into another is a benefit exclusive to STMs.

Early Bird Renewal Period (June - July)

The best time to renew your Season Tickets is during our Early Bird renewal period, which takes place between June and July. Renewing during Early Bird allows you to purchase your Season Tickets at the lowest possible rate, gives you the first chance to make any changes to your package, and the opportunity to select the benefits that best suit you.

Season Ticket Member Appreciation Week (June)

A homestand dedicated to paying homage to our dedicated STMs. Events, while subject to change, include STM Photo Day, a pregame parade around the warning track, postgame catch on the field, and more!

Photo Day (June)

STM Photo Day is a chance for our STMs to interact pregame with our players, coaches, and more. This photo-only event takes place on the warning track of Progressive Field where your favorite players come around to meet YOU!

Breakfast with Slider (August)
Celebrate Slider’s birthday with him and all his mascot friends at this pregame event! STMs who have children enrolled in the Kids Club Membership have the chance to bring them out to interact with Slider and other mascots, and enjoy photo ops, good eats, and more.

Preferred Upgrade Process (September)

The Preferred Upgrade Process or “PUP” is the first opportunity for renewed STMs to change the location of their seats, add or drop seats in their package, or change what package they have altogether for the following season. This is completed online through a unique link sent to each STM.

Postseason Presale (September)

Similar to our Opening Day presale, STMs get the first opportunity to purchase Postseason tickets when the team is in the hunt or has punched their ticket! Full Season STMs have first access, followed by Half Seasons and Quarter Seasons; all of this before any public on sale. Depending on availability, postseason strips are offered for purchase, followed by single game postseason tickets.

STM: Season Ticket Member

Early Bird: Earliest chance to renew and ensures you keep your same seats as previous year. Early Bird also guarantees the best pricing.

PUP: Short for “Preferred Upgrade Process.” This is the point of the year that STMs can make any changes to their Season Ticket Package.

Ticket Strip: A (1) ticket strip is equivalent to one (1) seat at Progressive Field for every possible Postseason game we may host. Strips are the most cost-effective way to watch all the Postseason action. If you will need two (2) seats for each game, you will need to purchase two (2) ticket strips.
