Full name is Nicholas Chad Gordon...Is the son of three-time All-Star right-handed pitcher Tom “Flash” Gordon and half-brother of former Marlins All-Star second baseman Dee Strange-Gordon...Produces hip hop/rap music in free time, rapping under the alias G-Cinco...Has been a hobby of his since the eighth grade...Nick’s older half-brother, Dee, introduced his music to his Seattle teammates (2018-20), who would blast Nick’s music in the Mariners clubhouse...Nick estimated that about six or seven of Dee’s teammates (including Dee himself), used Nick’s music for their walk-up songs...Former teammate, Miguel Sanó, used the song “GOAT” as his walk-up song with the Twins in 2022...Nick’s music can be found on most platforms, including Apple Music, SoundCloud, Spotify, and many more...One of all-time favorite TV shows is Prison Break...Has been best friends with teammate Jazz Chisholm Jr. since high school...The two spent most of the 2023-24 offseason together before Nick was traded to Miami in early February.
