Fan Cutout FAQ

Q: Where is my fan cutout? My tracking has not been updated.

A. Thank you for your support of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation. Our vendors are currently working diligently to ship out all cutouts. Due to ongoing challenges surrounding COVID-19, our Shipping Providers are experiencing network delays. This means tracking information may not update as quickly as typically expected and there may be a delay in your shipment.

If you arranged for shipping prior to the November 22nd deadline, you should have received an email with tracking information. If you arranged for shipping after our November 22nd deadline, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is processed. The initial notification you received was informing you of your tracking number for your cutout. Once the cutout has left their warehouse, you will begin to see an update on the tracking number. If you would like to receive updates on the delivery, you can sign up for updates on UPS.

Q: How much does it cost to mail my cutout(s)?

A. Shipping rates are as follows:

U.S. Continental - $18.00

Alaska, Hawaii - $35.00

Canada - $60.00

International - $150.00

Q: I ordered multiple cutouts. Do I pay one delivery fee for all of them?

A. Yes. The delivery fee is a flat rate regardless of how many fan cutouts are associated with your order under the same account.

Q: How will be fan cutout(s) ship?

A. Fan Cutouts will be mailed via UPS Surepost.

Q. Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

A. Unfortunately, UPS Surepost is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required.

Q. When can I expect my cutout to be mailed/delivered?

A. Cutouts should arrive no later than December 11th for shipping arranged by the November 22nd deadline.

Q. Can I split my cutouts to be shipped to multiple addresses?

A. We cannot accommodate requests to split up cutouts or to ship to different addresses.

Q: I ordered multiple cutouts through multiple transitions or on different accounts. Can I get my cutouts shipped in one package?

A. No. Cutouts must be shipped by account. We are unable to group different accounts together in a shipment.

Q: Is there a deadline to arrange mail delivery?

A. The deadline to arrange for mail delivery of your cutout is November 22nd.

Q: What condition are the fan cutouts in?

A. The fan cutouts will arrive in ā€œgame used condition.ā€ The fan cutouts were made from weather-proof and fade resistant material, but we expect them to show signs of wear from being exposed to outdoor elements.

Q: What happens to unclaimed cutouts?

A. Any remaining cutouts unclaimed by customers by 12/15 will be recycled.
